The Magoffin County Health Department inspects every restaurant and other eating establishment twice yearly. We check food storage, preparation, personnel, restrooms, water and other possible health conditions. Below is a list of the most recently released restaurant inspection scores.

Certified Septic system installers are required to have six hours of continuing education hours each year. The Magoffin County Health Department makes these classes available to the installers.
