HANDS is a free program that provides education and support to families that are expecting or have a new baby. HANDS provides resources and tips to help you be the best parent you can be. Some families receive in-home visitation services weekly in the comfort of their own home. Home visitors build supportive relationships with families. A research-based curriculum is used that provides valuable information to support healthy pregnancies and child growth and development. Developmental screens are performed every two months to ensure that your child is on track. Visits are structured to be FUN, with activities that you and your baby can do together.
